Welcome to our August Newsletter! I hope everyone has had a little time to relax this summer and maybe even enjoyed some time away. My two daughters, my wife, and I visited Disney World earlier this summer and I was again amazed by the imagination, quality, and service; the unique experience that Disney provides.
It's certainly no secret that Walt Disney was a great communicator who left behind many thoughts for us to ponder. Disney's famous quote, "Do what you do so well that they will want to see it again and bring their friends," is truly one that should resonate with all of us.
None of us want our customers simply satisfied. Satisfaction is mediocrity, which doesn't lead to the customer relationships and loyalty we need to inspire happiness and growth in our businesses.
Be sure to discover what your customers actually want, create your customer service model centered on your customers, and exceed your promise each and every time your customer deals with you. Before long, you'll not only have raving customers, but lots of referrals, too.
