LJ's remarkable focus on customer service and her extensive experience with dispatch means that even faster computer support response times and resolutions are on the way!
LJ is also very skilled with ProductiveTech's PSA software (Professional Services Automation) and has lots of plans in store. Look forward to communication enhancements like automated service ticket updates and client satisfaction surveys, just to name a few.
