To be successful, a candidate must possess:

* A minimum of 3-5 years experience servicing computer networks, servers and workstations
* A current Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) or Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE) certification appreciated
* Experience implementing and troubleshooting Microsoft Exchange Server
* Experience implementing and troubleshooting several of: Symantec Antivirus, Symantec (Veritas) Backup Exec, GFI MailEssentials
* Experience with computer hardware, printers, cabling, routers/firewalls and Internet connectivity
* Excellent communication skills that clients will recognize and appreciate
* Documentation skills
* The ability to multi-task and remain organized
* A well groomed appearance
* A reliable vehicle

Other valued skills or knowledge may include:

* A working knowledge of our consulting / field service industry
* Experience with "managed services" programs
* Presentation skills
