You’re Mac isn’t as safe as you thought

A new study determined that there are critical elements of millions of Macs’ firmware that are not getting the updates along with the software updates. Unlike many other exploits that have been uncovered from people simply not updating their system, these updates to the firmware fail without notice, or Apple stopped offering firmware updates without people knowing.

Beware of Netflix Phishing Scam

They’re at it again! Phishing emails have been spotted recently that appear to come from Netflix and tell customers that there has been a billing error and their payment details need to be updated. The email reportedly has come asking for information to be sent in email, or containing a link to a fake phishing site that asks users to input their banking details there.
