ProductiveTech is very happy to introduce Linda Jo Bird, or LJ as you'll soon come to know her, as our new full-time Service Coordinator! LJ's remarkable focus on customer service and her extensive experience with dispatch means that even faster computer support response times and resolutions are on the way!

LJ is also very skilled with ProductiveTech's PSA software (Professional Services Automation) and has lots of plans in store.
