New Service Request Notifications

Starting soon, when you initiate a Service Request either by email to help@productivetech.net, online at www.productivetech.net/help, or by phone at (856) 845-6266, you will receive a confirmation email in response that includes your new ticket number. If you have an additional inquiry, comment, or detail, you can respond to the confirmation email and update your ticket. You will receive a second email update when your Service Request has been completed!
