Congratulations to our Matt Smiriglio! After 10 years with ProductiveTech as one of our Network Engineers, Matt has moved over to our Sales and Marketing Team as Technology Advisor. In this new position, Matt works closely with our Vice President, Kevin Snyder, on a daily basis, talking with clients, researching all the latest in IT, consulting with Vendors, and developing and offering proposals to our clients. With Matt’s computer networking knowledge and customer service skills, he is highly qualified to assist our clients with recommendations for products and services that meet their business and technology goals.
Matt says that he’s going to miss the face-to-face time with all the clients he has worked with over the years, but he is very much looking forward to this new challenge of helping them all to move their businesses forward with new and exciting proactive business solutions.
Welcome aboard to Steve Gargano, who recently joined the ProductiveTech Team as a Network Support Specialist! Steve comes to us with a good deal of experience and technical skills around Windows Server and desktop operating systems, as well as Microsoft Exchange Server, firewalls and backup systems. With these qualifications, Steve is able to interact with our clients helping them remotely and via phone to provide knowledgeable network, desktop, email and security support services with a strong emphasis on providing the most efficient services possible.
Steve says he is very much looking forward to working with everyone and thanks ProductiveTech for bringing him on the team!
