That’s right! We here at ProductiveTech are always trying to improve, especially in our service delivery. That’s why we feel we have the best team now than we ever have had in the past and are very excited about the opportunities that lie ahead!
To bring you up-to-date on our improvements and our Team, our former Service Coordinator, LJ, whom many of you know, will move into a new role here at ProductiveTech. LJ is going to focus on improving processes, making us more efficient and implementing many of our ideas. She will become the “make it happen” person.
To fill LJ’s former position, we have hired a new Service Coordinator, Becky McCray. Becky comes to us with over 10 years customer service experience so she is a great addition to our service team. Becky especially enjoys being able to assist our clients in resolving their problems and concerns and likes the very positive and client focused atmosphere here at ProductiveTech.
To further improve our service, we’ve added another Senior Network Engineer to our team – Scott Feinstein. Scott has been working in the IT industry for 6 years and loves technology, interacting with clients in various industries, and helping small businesses within the community meet their IT needs.
Right now, we are also in the process of hiring another in-house computer support engineer to give us more capacity, provide better service, and be even more responsive to our clients. We want to do whatever it takes to give our clients the best service possible.
Because our staff is expanding, guess what – we need to expand our offices! We’re not moving, but renovations to our current building are underway to accommodate our business development team and make room for our growing engineering and operations teams. We’ve already demolished a few walls and hope to have these renovations completed in the next few weeks, along with a little redecorating of our current space.
ProductiveTech has a very proud 30-year tradition of providing quality service and with our current improvements and expansion we now feel we can provide our clients the very BEST service!
