Hello Everyone, We have lots in store for you this month. But before we get started, I’d like to thank our clients and associates who have recently introduced ProductiveTech to their friends. It’s such a kind gesture and a great compliment, too. We are so thankful for your support!

September brings the last day of summer and the first day of fall on September 22, 2010 at 11:09 pm EDT.  An old wives' tale says that on the equinoxes, when the Earth is "balanced" and all things are equal, it is possible to balance an egg on one end.

We thought we'd update you on some of the things that have been happening here at ProductiveTech over the summer:

Our engineer, Joe Conklin (not the comedian, although he is pretty funny at times), got married this past July to Corey Mason.  We congratulate Joe and wish him and Corey all the best.

Welcome to our August Newsletter!  I hope everyone has had a little time to relax this summer and maybe even enjoyed some time away.  My two daughters, my wife, and I visited Disney World earlier this summer and I was again amazed by the imagination, quality, and service; the unique experience that Disney provides.

ProductiveTech is very happy to introduce Linda Jo Bird, or LJ as you'll soon come to know her, as our new full-time Service Coordinator! LJ's remarkable focus on customer service and her extensive experience with dispatch means that even faster computer support response times and resolutions are on the way!

LJ is also very skilled with ProductiveTech's PSA software (Professional Services Automation) and has lots of plans in store.

Of course with the holiday behind us, we’re all quick to notice we’ve passed the halfway point of 2010. How Amazing!

That said, there’s great news to report about the technology leap our clients have made as a group compared to just one year ago! Whether due to improved economic confidence, forward-thinking, or even necessity on occasion, your investments in technology have you set for productivity and success. Congratulations to you!
